OUR VISION

Youth Advocates Ghana (YAG)  envisages a Society where children and young people live a fulfilled life, and walk in the fullness of their potential.

WHAT WE DO

Policy,Research and Advocacy

We conduct youth driven evidence based research, inform policy through public advocacy and engagement. We strive to keep youth engaged socially and politically to ensure that their concerns are highlight and their voices heard in the overall policy making process.

Agenda 2030 and Youth

We work to activate the power of young people in the SDGs accountability process through Annual African Youth SDGs Summit and ensure the voice of young in the Voluntary National Review (VNR) process.

Scholarships and Library

Scholarships and Children Reading Program are the heart of YAG`s programs. In line with Agenda 2030`s principle of “leave no one behind” we reach marginalized groups such as Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) with scholarships and lifelong learning program. We do child sponsorships, counseling and after school reading clubs.

Sexual and Reproductive Health

We reach in and out of school young people with education and interventions to combat child marriage, teenage pregnancy/AIDS and unsafe abortion through youth empowerment and life skills activities.
